Order ASA filament by color at Plasticz; it is now possible!

It is now possible to have ASA produced in small series in your favorite RAL colors.

Because of its mechanical properties, ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is extremely suitable for the production of your functional parts. ASA is dimensionally stable and has an excellent resistance to UV influences, is lightfast and therefore hardly yellowed. Excellent for outdoor use.

We recommend the following settings *:

• Nozzle temperature: 250 - 255 ° C
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Heated bed: 80 - 90 ° C
• Fan: +/- 10%> ASA does not like a windy environment!
• Enclosure: Recommended

* The settings may differ slightly per printer. We therefore advise you to experiment with ASA until you have found the exact settings for your printer. Plasticz is not responsible for the use of ASA by the operator of the 3D printer / consumer.
